Blossom by Olha is a brand owned by Codelabs Studio, S.L..

This policy explains what data of yours we handle, what for, and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you buy: name, email, telephone, delivery and billing address, and the details of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe: we do NOT see or store your card number at any point. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email. When you write to us: whatever you tell us in the message.

WHAT FOR AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

Preparing and sending your order and looking after you if something goes wrong: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Invoicing and accounting and tax obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR). Newsletter: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you want.

We never sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Only those needed for the order to arrive: the payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), the carrier and our transactional email provider. All of them act as processors, under a contract signed in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of our providers may handle data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

HOW LONG

Order data, for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the tax limitation period (6 years) and the guarantee period. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it and ask us to send it to you in a portable format. Write to us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).
