PREPARATION

Every piece is put together by hand, so we prepare orders one at a time. Yours leaves our workshop within 1 to 3 working days of you confirming the purchase.

We let you know by email as soon as the order is on its way, with its tracking number.

TIMES AND ZONES

Mainland Spain: 2 to 4 working days. Balearic Islands: 3 to 5 working days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 8 working days. European Union: 4 to 8 working days. Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days.

Times are counted from when the order leaves the workshop, not from the date of the order.

COSTS

The exact delivery cost is worked out at the checkout according to your address, and is always shown before you confirm payment.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders going outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the country of destination. Those amounts are not included in the price and are payable by whoever receives the order.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have their own tax regime, so the same applies.

PROBLEMS

If the parcel is delayed beyond what was expected or arrives damaged, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.
