Blossom by Olha is a brand owned by Codelabs Studio, S.L..

PURPOSE

These terms govern the purchase of handmade costume and fine jewellery through this website. By confirming an order you accept these terms in the version in force at that moment.

To buy you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. The delivery cost is shown before you confirm the purchase, never afterwards.

We accept card payment through Stripe. The charge is made when the order is confirmed.

AVAILABILITY

Every piece is made by hand and the runs are short. If a piece sells out between your order and its preparation, we let you know and refund the full amount straight away.

HANDMADE PIECES

Being made by hand, there may be small variations in tone, texture or finish between a piece and its photograph. These are not defects: they are the mark of handwork and part of the character of each piece.

WITHDRAWAL AND GUARANTEE

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase and a three year legal guarantee of conformity on the piece. The details are in our returns policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The designs, the photographs and the texts on this website are the property of Codelabs Studio, S.L.. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without express authorisation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
