RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no need to give a reason.

To exercise it, write to us at [email protected] quoting your order number. We will confirm the return address and the steps to follow.

CONDITION OF THE PIECE

The piece must come back unworn, in its original condition and with its packaging. For reasons of hygiene, earrings can only be returned if they have not been put on and still have their original seal or card. This is a legal limitation provided for goods sealed for reasons of hygiene, not a condition of ours.

REFUND

Once we have received and checked the piece, we refund the amount by the same means of payment you used, within a maximum of 14 days.

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard one, we refund the cost of the standard one. The cost of sending the piece back to us is yours, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or to a defect.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PIECE

If you receive a piece that is defective, damaged in transit or different from the one you ordered, write to us with a photo. We cover the return postage and either send you the right piece or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Every piece carries a three year legal guarantee of conformity, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, not wear from use, breakage by accident or loss of shine from contact with perfumes, creams or chlorine.

EXCHANGES

If you want to swap one piece for another, put it through as a return and place a new order. That way the exchange is immediate and you do not depend on the piece you want still being available.
